Hotel Accommodations

It is your responsibility to make all travel arrangements. Coaches are not to be involved in travel arrangements in any way. If you have problems please email info@staugustinevolleyball.com.

SAVA will make every effort to post Hotel Information as soon as we know where we are playing. It will be your responsibility to book and pay for your own accommodations. The tournament hosting club may not provide this information to us until the week of the tournament. So be advised the hotel listed may not be the closest to the playing facility and you may able to beat our rate if you book on your own.

For those of you new to club volleyball, please note that there is a AM wave and a PM wave.   You will not know if you are playing in the AM (start around 8) or PM(start around 2) until the week of the tournament.   Hotels will have anywhere from a 1-3 day cancellation policy.  When making your reservations, please be sure to ask what the cancellation policy is.  If you make your reservation for both Friday and Saturday, then find out that you don't need to be there until Saturday afternoon, you should have time to cancel the Friday reservation, but if you're not careful, you could end up responsible for both nights if you don't cancel in time.

Located 118 miles south of St. Augustine.  The girls usually have to be there around 7:30/8:00.  If you would like to drive down Friday night, The Cocoa Expo has a player rate of $74 a night at the Holiday Inn Express.  Cape Coast Volleyball plays out of the Cocoa Expo.
